Terms of Service

FunnelDash.io is a service of Digital Web Services LTD, registered in the United Kingdom under number 17346309.

FunnelDash.io is software you use through your browser. You build landing pages, forms, a calendar, a checkout, and email follow-up with it. We continuously develop the service further: features may be added, changed, or removed. We announce significant changes in advance.

• You are responsible for your login details and for what happens in your account.
• You will not use the service for spam, deception, prohibited offers, or sending messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
• You are responsible for the correct legal basis for your marketing, including your own privacy policy and honoring unsubscribes.
• In case of abuse, we may restrict or suspend an account. In case of serious abuse, we may terminate it immediately.

• You start with a 14-day trial period. No payment details are required for this.
• After that, you choose a plan. Payment is made in advance per month or per year, through our payment provider. Prices are listed on the website and exclude any applicable VAT.
• If a payment fails, we will retry it, and access may be temporarily limited until payment succeeds.
• We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

You cancel yourself in your account settings. The subscription then continues until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterward. Already paid periods are not refunded, unless required by law. After cancellation, you can export your data; we delete your data no later than 90 days after the end of the subscription.

The content you create and the data of your leads and customers remain yours. We only process it to deliver the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can always export or have your data deleted. We never sell data.

We do our utmost to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee one hundred percent availability. We plan maintenance outside office hours where possible. Outages at third parties (hosting, payment provider, email, calendar) may affect the service.

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the incident. This does not limit anything that may not legally be limited, such as intent or gross negligence.

We may amend these terms. We announce significant changes by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are submitted to the competent court there, unless the law gives you another choice.
